How do I enter and exit the site, and approach the charging bay?
- How do I enter the site? The Milence charging hub is situated in the XXLKW Truck Parking. Press the intercom at the entrance gate. Our support team will verify and grant access. Collect the parking ticket at the gate (for access control only, no payment required) and proceed to the charging bays.
- How do I exit the site? Drive towards the exit gate, press the intercom and a support agent will open the gate for you.
- How can I leave & re-enter the site on foot? Use the pedestrian turnstile or wheelchair-accessible door. Enter the code from your parking ticket to exit and re-enter.
What services are available on-site and nearby?
- Safe parking: The Milence charging hub is situated in the XXLKW Truck Parking. The site is protected by 24/7 security through video surveillance, on-site security, a fence and gate. Trucks can be parked and charged overnight.
- On-site amenities: Free toilets and showers. Washing/drying facilities, vending machine, kitchen, outdoor sports facilities and sleeping amenities on site. Small supermarket, open between 6AM and 10PM. Outdoor picnic space and indoor lounge with free TV access.
- Wi-Fi: Free site-wide internet.
- Support: Assistance available via intercom or the support number (+49 302 179 9052).
How can I pay for a charging session?
- Via eMSP charge card or app (AVIA NL, DKV Mobility, MAN, Scania, Volvo, Mercedez ServiceCard by UTA EDENRED, UTA EDENRED, WEX and PAUA).
- Via the Milence Charge Card.
- Via contactless bank card, at the payment terminal installed on the charging bay arches.
How can I start, track, and stop a charging session?
- With an eMSP/RFID card: Tap your card, select the connector and start charging. Tap again to stop. Unplug the cable as the last step.
- With a bank card at a payment terminal: Connect the cable, select your charger on the terminal, tap your card and start charging. Track progress on the charger screen or via a QR code on the terminal. Stop charging via the payment terminal, then unplug the cable.
