Seamless Charging

With Seamless Charging, charging sessions can be started and billed automatically following a simple, one-time authentication process, eliminating the need for drivers to use a charging card or app.

Once activated, drivers simply connect their vehicle to the charger. The vehicle is automatically recognised and charging starts immediately. When charging is complete, drivers can unplug and continue their journey while billing is handled automatically. Licence plate recognition (LPR) also enables seamless access to all Milence charging hubs.

Seamless Charging is a collaboration project with Mercedes-Benz Trucks available to Milence Direct customers from September 2026, enabled across the Milence network, and followed by a phased rollout for more eligible models.
