Seamless Charging is a collaboration project with Mercedes-Benz Trucks available to Milence Direct customers from September 2026, enabled across the Milence network, and followed by a phased rollout for more eligible models. See below to check whether your vehicle is eligible.
To benefit from Seamless Charging, you must operate electric trucks that support Autocharge technology. See below to check whether your vehicle is eligible.
Seamless Charging uses Autocharge technology to automatically start and stop charging sessions for eligible vehicles, without requiring an RFID card or payment card. Once your vehicle is registered with Milence, the gates open for entry and exit, the charger recognizes the truck when connected and starts charging automatically.
At present, Milence has validated Seamless Charging with the Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 and can therefore guarantee service quality for this vehicle model only. Additional compatible truck models support the functionality, but the service has not been formally validated for the models listed below:

To activate Seamless Charging, you must:
Be a Milence Direct customer.
Have access to the Milence Portal.
Provide your vehicle details (VID, license plate, and static MAC address(es)) to the Milence Sales Operations team at sales@milence.com.
Once your vehicle has been registered and activated, you can use Seamless Charging at enabled Milence hubs.

License plate number
Static MAC address(es)

Yes. Seamless Charging has been rolled out across the Milence charging network and is available at all Milence charging hubs. You can identify Seamless Charging-enabled locations on the Network Map in the Milence App and on the Milence website, looking at the dedicated service icon, under Amenities.
Drivers can view and monitor active charging sessions in the Milence App under Active Sessions, where live charging activity across the Milence network is displayed.
Seamless Charging sessions are invoiced in the same way as standard charging sessions and are included in your regular monthly invoice. Within the invoice specification, Seamless Charging sessions can be identified by:
An EMA ID in the format NLMIL-AUTOXX12AB90YZ.
The Token Reference field, which displays the vehicle’s license plate number associated with the charging session.
