Yes, you can! The cards are already activated, so you can start using them right away. You can also check their status in the Milence Portal under the Tokens section.

No need – the cards will appear automatically in your Portal once they’re shipped and on their way to you. If you’d like, you can rename them for easier tracking using the name fields. Check the Milence Portal FAQ below for more details. 

Reach out to sales@milence.com  to request a new one. We will make sure that you can still charge until the new card arrives.    

Once you sign up for the Milence Charge Cards, you’ll receive an activation link for the Milence Portal on the email address you provided. Use this link to activate your account. Please do this within 24hrs of receiving the link to avoid link expiration.  

After you activate your account using the link you receive by email, simply go to experience.milence-services.com and login with your email address and the password you set up during activation.  

Go to the Tokens section in the Milence Portal and find the card number you want to edit. To have the information visible on your invoices, add it in the External ID field.

If you want to add extra information — like the driver’s name — use the Visual Number field. This data won’t show up in your invoices, only inside the Milence Portal.   

Navigate to the Sessions tab in the portal to see all past transactions. You can filter by session ID, token ID, session date, location.

All your invoices are sent by email and should be in the inbox you provided during onboarding. Need past invoices? Simply reach out to sales@milence.com and we’ll be happy to assist.  Â
